Pack Your Items
Place the unworn clothing items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
